Jacob Comfort manages product enhancements and backlogs at Reverba. Jacob works closely with internal and external customers to coordinate software updates and create digital reports for data analysis. In past roles, Jacob has led cross-functional teams, developed patient-focused initiatives, and managed relationships with field nurses. With a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Washington, Jacob has a diverse background that includes roles as a cook, front desk agent, and bellman.
