Peter Ruggiero

Peter Ruggiero is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in consulting, capital markets, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Ruggiero Realty since January 2013, Peter specializes in addressing complex real estate challenges. Peter has held prominent leadership roles, including President of the Hawkeswater Board of Directors, and has a strong background in managing facilities and real estate assets for the United States Postal Service. Additionally, Peter has overseen global capital markets activities at NAI Global and has been instrumental in significant transactions at several leading real estate firms, managing over $60 billion in debt and equity transactions. Peter holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Arizona and a BA in Liberal Arts from Rutgers University.
