Jeff Otero

Jeff Otero is an experienced professional in customer service and employee development, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Employee Development and Manager of Customer Service at Revere Electric Supply since April 2018. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Customer Service Manager at Wi-Tronix, LLC from May 2014 to February 2018 and at Minelab Metal Detectors from May 2011 to May 2014, overseeing customer care operations, including call centers and training management for North and South America. Jeff’s career also includes management roles at GPS Industries from November 2000 to May 2011, responsible for customer service and installation across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include attendance at Northern Arizona University and completion of high school at Sinagua High School.
