Pam Hess

Pam Hess has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Pam began their career at Honeywell, where they worked as a Human Resources Representative, focusing on recruiting and collaborating with the Illinois Department of Employment Security. Pam then joined ArcVentures as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, providing training in interviewing techniques and handling issues related to compensation and employee relations. At Littelfuse, Pam implemented a timekeeping system and gate access system across multiple manufacturing facilities. Pam later served as the Human Resources Manager at Quebecor World, where they supported various sales and administrative offices. Pam also developed a stand-alone Human Resources function at Quebecor World, Inc. for a new Logistics business group. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources and Office Manager at Citywide Printing, where they managed all HR and office responsibilities. Most recently, Pam has been with Revere Electric Supply as the Director and later Vice President of Human Resources, providing strategic direction and managing HR policies and programs.

Pam Hess holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Pam also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the same institute.
