Megan McQuillin has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare field since 2014. Megan was a Student Clinician at Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center, Omni Rehab, William O'Connor Bay Ridge School, and Dry Harbor Nursing Home in 2015. That same year, they were a Speech Language Pathologist CFY at Theraplicity. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Lumiere Children's Therapy as a Program Supervisor, Therapeutic Preschool Lead Therapist, and Speech Language Pathologist. Megan currently holds the role of Head of Care Advocacy at Reverence.

Megan McQuillin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Audiology/Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from The Ohio State University in 2013. Megan then went on to receive a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from New York University in 2015. In 2021, they completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the EO Chicago Chapter. In December 2022, they obtained a Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design certification from Coursera | Google.
