Manish Soni

Manish Soni is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and strategy consulting. Currently serving as a Strategy Consultant at Perfect Finance since April 2018, Manish previously held significant positions including Vice President Operations at RevFin from August 2019 to May 2022, Operational Head at VCCL between May 2015 and August 2019, and Branch Manager at Aadhar Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. from October 2011 to February 2014. Manish also has experience managing branches at Bharti AXA Life Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd., and worked as a Loan Manager at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included mentoring sales teams and driving loan disbursement targets.
