With extensive experience in auto loans, commercial vehicles, and various financial products, Kapil has also served as a Regional Collections Manager at Volkswagen Finance Private Limited and as State Head for Collections at Magma Fincorp Ltd. in North India. Early career roles included Branch Collection Manager at Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited and Collections Manager at ICICI Bank. Kapil holds an MBA in Finance from the National Institute of Management Solutions, obtained between 2016 and 2018.
