Dave Cooley

Dave Cooley is a principal at Cooley Public Strategies. With more than 25 years in public service, healthcare public affairs and market positioning, Mr. Cooley manages a consulting network primarily in the healthcare and energy sectors covering 33 states. Prior to establishing CPS, Mr. Cooley served as deputy governor to Tennessee Governor Bredesen from 2003 to 2007. As deputy governor, Mr. Cooley served as lead strategist for the administration’s agenda on public policy issues including healthcare. Mr. Cooley also served as Chief of Staff to the mayor of Metro Nashville in the early 1990s.
