Dr. Randy E. Durbin, DO, MSPH, has been involved in a variety of roles in the medical field since 2011. In that year, they became President/CEO of Randy E Durbin, DO, PC, a primary care, wellness and medical consulting corporation. In 2015, they became Medical Director of C&C Clinics, LLC, a clinic primarily serving ethnically underserved adult patients for primary care. Randy E. then took on the role of VP/COO and physician for Wellness Centers of Kentucky in 2015, supervising other physicians, mid-level providers, and ancillary staff. In 2016, they became Regional Medical Director for US HealthWorks, providing daily utilization review of medical charts from facilities and communicating with medical staff to ensure coordinated efforts for the provision of high quality medical treatment and client service. In 2018, they became Director of Medical Operations for Concentra, leading Medical Operations for all of Concentra's Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care activities in Georgia, including line management of more than 85 medical providers and P&L responsibility of $57M/year. Randy E. also became Vice President of Medical Affairs and Federal Programs for Karna, LLC, leading the Federal (HHS) and Commercial Healthcare Divisions of Karna, LLC, with emphasis on Public Health, Population Health Management, Strategic Consulting, Medical Management Consulting, Telehealth, Occupational Health, Outpatient Medicine, and Opioid Dependency Treatment. Randy E. then became Medical Director of Crossroads Treatment Centers, two Opioid Treatment Programs in North Georgia. In 2020, Dr. Durbin became Medical Director of Southeast Addiction Center, leading the medical teams that provide substance use disorder detoxification and PHP, IOP, and OP treatments in Norcross, GA and Rome, Georgia. Randy E. also serves East Tennessee as a full-time physician focused on Opioid Use Disorder for ReVIDA Recovery Centers. In 2021, Dr. Durbin became President of the GEORGIA OSTEOPATHIC MEDICAL ASSOCIATION.
Randy E. Durbin, DO, MSPH obtained their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Pikeville between 2003 and 2007. Randy E. then went on to receive their M.S.P.H. in Epidemiology from Emory University between 1995 and 1997. Lastly, they earned their BA in Economics and Psychology from Emory University between 1989 and 1992. In addition, they hold a Civil Surgeon certification from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) obtained in May 2016, as well as a NRCME DOT Certification from NRCME.
