Joseph Harwood is an Advisory Board Member at Revieve, a previous Diversity Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and the owner of Joseph Harwood Ltd. Harwood has also worked as a YouTube Product Consultant and as a Lifestyle, Growth, Beauty, and Travel Journalist. Additionally, Harwood has presented ten internal workshops about the inclusion of LGBT people in cosmetics businesses and digital influences as an LGBT Digital Atelier Host. Harwood is also the Creative Director of Jecca Blac and was the Chief Executive Officer of Joseph Harwood Cosmetics from January 2009 to August 2020.

Joseph Harwood holds a foundation degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Greater Brighton Metropolitan College. Joseph also has an Aim Higher Advanced Science qualification in Biochemistry from the University of Sussex. In addition, they have a Master of Science (MS) in Cosmetic Formulation Science from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
