Rachel Frederick

Rachel Frederick is currently an advisory board member at Revieve. Rachel has previously worked as the Chief Digital Advisor at World Wide Technology from October 2020 to September 2021, and as the Head of Digital & Business Operations | Product Management | Technical Support at Gap Inc. from May 2017 to November 2019.

Rachel has a wealth of experience in digital operations and product management. Rachel has been responsible for launching and managing company digital operations centers, overseeing global teams of product managers and technical support staff, and driving resolution of customer experience issues across multiple teams. Rachel has also leveraged big data analytics to drive product strategy and technical debt management. In their previous role at Gap Inc., they also managed 3rd party partners and defined cross-team processes, procedures, and policies.
