Mladen Dulanovic

Mladen Dulanovic is a Product Management Advisor at Review.Network. Prior to their current position, Dulanovic served as the Head of Product Management and Senior Product Manager at Nordeus from January 2016 to July 2018. In their role at Nordeus, Dulanovic was responsible for creating product strategies, defining roadmaps and backlogs, developing product requirements, conducting and reporting in-depth analyses of the game economy and gameplay insights, tracking performance on a daily basis, communicating daily KPIs to all stakeholders, and adjust designs / plans accordingly. Dulanovic also developed an expert-level understanding of the mobile gaming industry and the ability to qualitatively and quantitatively teardown mobile games. Mladen also soft launched Spellsouls: Duel of Legends, a quick-play card-based mobile MOBA set in an epic fantasy world while at Nordeus.

Before their role as Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager, Dulanovic served as Lead Game Producer from December 2014 to December 2015 and as Product Manager from October 2013 to December 2014, also at Nordeus.

Mladen Dulanovic has an Executive Education from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business in Product Management, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from University of Belgrade, and a certification from The 280 Group in Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing. Mladen also has a certification from UC Berkeley Executive Education in Product Management Program and a certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
