Shakira Williams

Shakira Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Project Manager at Shake since March 2021, Shakira previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Office Manager & PA at Promo Connection from September 2014 to January 2021. Earlier in the career, Shakira worked as a Marketing Assistant at Berfin between May 2009 and August 2014. Shakira holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Cape Town, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and completed matric at Windsor High School from 1997 to 2001.
