Budi Sugianto

Budi Sugianto has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Budi is currently employed as a Lead SDET at ReviewTrackers since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at dtechover - QA Indonesia as the Founder and Content Creator from March 2022.

Budi's previous roles include being a Sr QA Engineer II - Team Lead at Teachable from November 2018 to April 2022, where they led QA meetings, mentored junior QA engineers, and implemented visual regression testing. Before that, they worked as a Sr QA Automation Engineer at Flocabulary from April 2018 to October 2018, where they improved CI speed and stability, implemented new end-to-end tests, and established QA processes.

Budi also held the position of Sr. SDET at Publicis Media from March 2016 to April 2018, where they built and maintained CI servers, performed load and stress testing, and designed the test life cycle process. Budi worked as a Software QA Engineer at Magnetic from July 2014 to March 2016, where they built testing frameworks, introduced CI/CD processes, and designed internal portal UI testing frameworks.

Earlier in their career, Budi worked as a Test Automation Engineer at Thrillist Media Group from October 2013 to July 2014, where they designed testing frameworks, improved existing frameworks, and maintained scheduled smoke tests. Budi was also a Lead Web Developer at ClosetDash from August 2013 to February 2014, where they planned and determined tasks, fixed bugs, and led sprint planning meetings.

Budi began their career as a Web. Quality Assurance Engineer at Michael C. Fina from June 2012 to May 2013. Budi refactored test scripts, prepared documentation, and planned tests. Budi also had an internship role as a Web Quality Assurance Intern at Michael C. Fina from March 2012 to May 2012, where they completed projects, monitored websites for errors, and corrected inconsistencies. Budi had also completed a Web Development program at Startup Institute from June 2013 to August 2013.

Budi Sugianto's education history begins with their high school diploma from Santa Agnes, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2002. Following this, Budi pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Information Systems at DeVry University from 2010 to 2013. During the year 2013, Budi attended the Startup Institute to receive a certification in Web Development. Additionally, in May 2022, Budi obtained a certification named "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn.
