John Monco has over 10 years of experience in customer success and account management. John began their career in 2010 working as a Retail Engagement Coordinator and Client Account Specialist for higi. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and managing higi kiosks nationwide, working directly with clients to address any needs and requests related to the kiosks or online system, training new clients on all online systems and products, and assisting in the planning, creation, and delivery of user guides for products and systems. In 2018, they joined ReviewTrackers as a Customer Success Team Lead. John was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
John Monco completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Marquette University in 2008, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. John has also obtained two Customer Success Leadership Certifications from Sales Assembly, one in July 2022 and one in July 2022, and a Customer Experience Management Certification from ReviewTrackers Academy in January 2018.
