Bethlehem Hailu has a diverse work experience. Bethlehem began their career in 2014 as an Office Manager/Referral Coordinator at AppleGate Recovery, a substance abuse facility. Her job duties included community outreach, clinical in-takes, clinical care, case staffing, bookkeeping, submitting insurance claims, marketing and development efforts, hiring and training new employees, and ensuring patients received the highest quality of care. In 2019, they moved to Plastic Surgery Of Texas as a Practice Manager, where their job duties included hiring and training new staff, resolving labor/staff conflict, event planning, skin care orders and sales, case staffing with physicians, bookkeeping, marketing and development efforts, and ensuring patients were always provided with the highest quality of care while maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with all HIPAA regulations. Currently, Bethlehem is a Sales Development Specialist at Revision Skincare\u00ae.

Bethlehem Hailu has an education history that includes graduating from Regency Beauty Institute-Canton with a degree in Cosmetology in 2017. Bethlehem also has additional certifications from Cutera, Inc., Cynosure, LLC., and Regency Beauty Institute, including TruSculpt Flex (2020), Sculpsure Laser System (2019), and Cosmetologist, Aesthetics (2016).
