Ricardo Mendoza

Ricardo Mendoza has worked for three companies over the past 11 years. From 2015 to present, they have been employed at Revision Skincare\u00ae as a Sales Analyst, Sales Development Specialist, and Operations Specialist. In their Operations Specialist role, they have overseen all operations including Production, Invoicing, Customer Service, and Pick line. Ricardo has also gained a thorough understanding of SAP Business One software, created and updated Work Instructions to improve a work process, and implemented a new picking and invoicing process in SAP software for better efficiency. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Buyer at Advanced Rubber Molding, where they assisted in producing purchase orders and blanket orders for parts, services, and/or special tools and molds, submitted new Purchase orders to Vendors, followed up on ETAs, and worked sufficiently in DBA (Manufacturing software). From 2009 to 2013, they worked at EltaMD, Inc. as a Purchasing Associate and Account Manager & Customer Supplied Material Planner. In their Purchasing Associate role, they maintained knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures, materials, products, and the commodity market in specialized materials, and prepared and analyzed complex technical specifications and bids. As an Account Manager & Customer Supplied Material Planner, they maintained requirements and provided solutions to accommodate for customers requests and needs, engaged with clients to strengthen relationships and recognize new opportunities to increase the company's revenue, presented effective information and response to other employees within the department as well as operations team, and managed and maintained open and new projects from existing and new clients.

Ricardo Mendoza earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Dallas College and a Diploma from Nimitz High School.
