Join our team as an OpenText Content Server Consultant and be a pivotal player in optimizing enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. In this hybrid role based in the Houston area, you will blend technical expertise with consultative skills to provide comprehensive operational support, maintenance, and enhancements for OpenText Content Server. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and customize scalable, secure, and innovative content management solutions that drive business value.

Core Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication: Work directly with client stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Application Support: Administer and troubleshoot OpenText technologies, addressing challenges related to content type models, workflows, and security frameworks.
  • System Optimization: Conduct capacity planning for EFS and search growth, ensuring infrastructure scalability and efficiency.
  • Solution Development: Design and develop custom ECM solutions using OpenText’s framework, SmartUI, and web forms.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams to manage servers, search indexes, and system integrations.
  • Technology Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in XML, HTML, Visual Studio, JAVA, SQL, and PowerShell to enhance application performance.
