Chana Kaufman

Chana Kaufman has diverse work experience in the healthcare and education fields. Chana started their career as a Teacher's Assistant at Yeshiva Rabbi Chaim Berlin, supporting the preschool teacher in various tasks and maintaining order in the classroom. Chana then worked as a Residential Habilitation Counselor at OHEL/Bais Ezra, providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Chana later worked as a Medical Assistant at a Pediatric Office, where they assisted healthcare professionals in providing care to pediatric patients. Chana then joined The Palm Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation as a Registered Nurse, where they provided nursing care to patients.

In 2012, Chana joined the Visiting Nurse Service of New York as a Public Health Nurse, promoting public health initiatives. Chana later transitioned to a role as a Psychiatric Nurse, providing specialized care for patients with mental health needs.

From 2017 to 2020, Chana worked at Centers Plan for Healthy Living as a Utilization Review Nurse, ensuring efficient and appropriate use of healthcare resources.

Currently, Chana is employed at Revival Home Health Care, where they have held multiple roles. Chana started as a Clinical Operations Manager and later became an Associate Director of Clinical Management. Chana'scurrent position is Director of Clinical Management, overseeing clinical operations within the organization.

Chana Kaufman began their education in 2008 at Touro University, where they earned an Associate's degree in Nursing. Chana then pursued further education at Touro College School of Health Sciences from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Nursing. Chana's educational journey continued at Touro University Nevada from 2012 to 2013, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
