Christina Annunziato OTR/L is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently employed at Revival Home Health Care since April 2023. Christina has a diverse background, having worked as counter staff at La Villa Pizzeria & Restaurant from January 2016 to April 2023. Christina also completed multiple Level II fieldwork placements, including experiences in mental health at BROOKLYN COMMUNITY PROS and physical disabilities at Ahava Medical and Rehabilitation and NYC HEALTH+HOSPITALS | BELLEVUE. Clinical experience includes planning and implementing therapeutic groups, conducting evaluations, and administering assessments for patients with a variety of physical and mental health conditions.
