Kalpana Patel

Kalpana Patel has extensive experience in physical therapy, currently serving as a Field Therapist at Revival Home Health Care since July 2015. Prior to this role, Kalpana held positions such as Physical Therapy Supervisor at The New Jewish Home, where responsibilities included providing intervention for diverse patient populations and mentoring staff.
