Ryan Taylor MRSC currently serves as the scientific lead at Revive Eco since March 2021. With a solid background in chemistry and product development, Ryan's experience includes roles as an analyst at Tepnel Pharma Services and Syngenta, as well as serving as Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Operating Officer at CuanTec, where focus was on developing biodegradable food packaging materials and advancing the company's role in the circular economy. Previous positions also include laboratory analyst roles at GSK and Ocutec, and experience as a medicinal chemist at Scottish Biomedical. Ryan holds a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc (Hons) in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of the West of Scotland.

Having worked in cafes and restaurants for a number of years, we became sick and tired of seeing more and more coffee grounds being needlessly sent to landfill. They set out with the simple ambition of finding a use for coffee beyond the usual morning pick-me-up and bringing new life to what was previously viewed as waste.
