William Morales Molina is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. William began their career in 2015 as a CNC Operator for Lift Foils, where they operated a CNC machine and used Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve production time. In the same year, they also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where they studied Fuzzy Logic principles and main approaches, as well as MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. In 2017, they worked as an Analyst Programmer - Intern for MCS Puerto Rico, where they designed and developed software tools using C# and SQL to improve a database updating system. In 2018, they were a Project Leader Coop Student Facilities & Utilities for The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. In 2019, they were a Computer Vision Engineer for RUMarino: Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Team and a Test Stand Department Leader for Alpha Astrum Liquid Rocket Engine Project Loxodon-1, where they lead the development of a test stand for the liquid rocket engine project and designed a data acquisition and control system unit. In 2020, they were a Software Engineer for L3Harris Technologies, and in 2021 they are an Embedded Software Engineer I for Revl Inc.

William Morales Molina received their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez in 2020. Prior to that, they attended the Centro Residencial de Oportunidades Educativas en Mayagüez (CROEM) from 2011 to 2012 and earned a High School degree in Math & Science.
