Head of Client Onboarding at RevLifter

Lisa Robertson is the current Head of Client Onboarding at RevLifter. Lisa is responsible for the design and delivery of new client implementations, to a successful launch. This involves initial scoping and requirements gathering and then liaising with the relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed campaign in a timely fashion. Developing scalable solutions, to ensure clients are launched quickly and efficiently, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement, is also a key part of Lisa's role.

Prior to joining RevLifter, Lisa was the Client Success Director at Fostr. As a member of the executive team, their responsibilities included developing strategic customer success and project delivery methodology, to ensure clients received a consistently high level of service from onboarding through to launch and beyond.

Before Fostr, Lisa spent six years and seven months at SaleCycle, where they held various positions including Senior Vice President Implementation and Implementation Manager. As a member of the management team, their responsibilities included strategic operation planning and formation of effective and robust implementation methodology to ensure Enterprise level brands were launched efficiently.Lisa also oversaw the completion of customer implementations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and delivered continuous process improvements to provide consistency and scalability with the implementations of multiple product and service offerings.
