Currently serving as the New Business and Sales Capability Manager for Revlon Professional and American Crew since January 2018, Gina has previously held roles as a Salon Account Manager and Mentor, as well as Business Manager for American Crew in the South West. Gina's background includes a position as a Salon Development Partner at Aveda UK, and significant operational leadership as the Operations Manager at Robin James Salon and Spa, overseeing four salons and a team of 75 employees.
