Mafe Panza

Mafe Panza possesses extensive experience in supply chain and demand planning, currently leading monthly S&OP meetings for key European markets at Revlon since November 2024. Prior to this role, Mafe managed end-to-end supply planning and production priorities for Revlon Inc. from July 2021 to October 2024, ensuring service continuity and inventory optimization. Mafe's earlier positions include managing DRP for Excelsior Gama Supermercados and coordinating logistics projects for LF Fulfilment / Miles Promocean. Mafe also worked as a Supply Chain Planner at Coty, where responsibilities included stock allocation and risk mitigation. Mafe holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the Universitat de Barcelona and has completed additional coursework in logistics and data analytics.
