Jivraj Papdiwal

Jivraj Papdiwal has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Jivraj started their career at John Deere, where they served as an Associate Section Manager. In this role, they were responsible for global inter-factory aggregates business, including demand forecasting, production planning, logistics arrangements, pricing, and invoicing. Jivraj also played a key role in cost reduction projects and achieved high supplier performance ratings.

Later, Jivraj joined Marico Limited as a Management Trainee, where they centralized and outsourced the company's order management process. Jivraj worked closely with internal IT teams and Capgemini to develop customized solutions and implemented vendor managed inventory and distributor interface tools.

At Marico, Jivraj held various roles, including Supply Chain Manager, Divisional Supply Chain Manager for South India, and Manager of Central Planning. In these positions, they managed warehouse operations, freight management, supply planning, and coordinated with various business functions to meet objectives. Their work on the Value Added Hair Oils portfolio contributed significantly to Marico's top line.

Most recently, Jivraj served as the Head of Customer Service, Logistics & Warehousing at Marico. Jivraj led strategic sourcing and managed customer service, logistics, and warehousing functions. Overall, Jivraj's work experience showcases their expertise in supply chain management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Jivraj Papdiwal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Operations & Supply Chain Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Jivraj also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from College Of Engineering, Pune, completed from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they pursued a Certificate course in Logistics and supply chain management from International academy of certification and Training (In collaboration with IIT Delhi) from 2011 to 2012. Furthermore, they obtained intermediate-level certification in Cost accounting (ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, completed from 2009 to 2013. Jivraj also holds a HSC degree in Science from Saraswati Bhuvan Education Society's College Of Science, Aurangabad, earned from 2004 to 2006.
