Heather Stanisci

Heather Stanisci is the current Executive Director at Annuity Health. Heather has held this position since June 2020. Prior to their current role, Heather served as the Officer - Secretary for the New Jersey HFMA from June 2020 to June 2021.

Before their time with New Jersey HFMA, Heather was the Vice President of Business Development for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) New Jersey chapter from January 2010 to December 2013. In this role, Heather was responsible for marketing and new business development for a high volume creditors rights law firm.

Heather's accomplishments include developing new client verticals and improving marketing and sales techniques that increased revenue by 9%. Heather also streamlined policies and procedures that increased efficiency and workflow improving profitability by 8%. In addition, Heather developed a client relationship management tool that improved current client communications and helped recognize new clients and revenue growth opportunities. Finally, Heather conceived and implemented the development of an online payment portal that increased collection percentages.

Heather Stanisci has a BS in Merchandising Marketing from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh and an AAS in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from Fashion Institute of Technology.
