Thomas Wenchell has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, beginning with Wittman Robots in 1994 as a Project Engineer/Field Service Engineer. In 1995, they joined Medtronic and held various positions over the next 13 years, including Associate Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Research and Development, and Program Manager Research and Development. In 2008, they were appointed Director Research & Development at Medtronic, leading the Center for Advanced Design and architecting and implementing areas for improvement to the New Product Development Process. In 2018, Thomas Wenchell co-founded RevMedica, Inc. and currently serves as CEO.
Thomas Wenchell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University between 1989 and 1994. Thomas then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Bridgeport between 1995 and 1997.
