Terry Sheridan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Engineer at Revo Health since November 2020, Terry has successfully directed an enterprise-wide migration to Microsoft 365, significantly enhancing organizational collaboration and reducing risks associated with legacy systems. As the founder of TDSheridan Lab, a creative platform for producing content on various topics including IT, woodworking, and landscaping, Terry exhibits a passion for knowledge sharing. Previous roles include Senior Applications Engineer at ME Global Inc., where innovative business solutions and a tailored Salesforce CRM platform increased sales productivity. Earlier experiences as a System Administrator at NuMSP and Network Medics, and as a Windows Systems Engineer at Nor-Tech, further showcase a strong background in managing IT systems and enhancing service delivery. Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration from Western Governors University.
