Currently serving as Managing Director at Revoco since February 2017, Iain focuses on helping clients attract and hire top tech talent through various recruitment services. Prior to this role, Iain was the Director at 4 H Talent, providing strategic advice to staffing businesses, and spent over a decade as Managing Director at RTM, delivering tailored talent management solutions across multiple sectors. Iain also served as Founder and Director of Rethink Group, offering international recruitment services. Earlier career roles include Permanent Recruitment Director at Resource Solutions Group and Sales Manager at Best International Group. Iain's academic background includes a BSc in Sport Studies from Northumbria University.
