Francisco Rodarte

Francisco Rodarte is an accomplished agricultural professional with extensive experience in greenhouse operations and management. Currently serving as Head Grower at Revol Greens since June 2022, Francisco focuses on cultivating leafy greens. Previously, at Windset Farms, Francisco held the position of Grower, where responsibilities included developing fertilizer recipes and managing climate and irrigation strategies for a 32-acre UltraClima greenhouse. At Flower One, Francisco contributed as a Grower by overseeing fertilizer and light recipes, irrigation strategies, and integrated pest management from cloning through product curing. Francisco began a career at NatureSweet as a Greenhouse Supervisor, responsible for daily labor planning and production forecasting for a 30-acre greenhouse block.
