Tereza Grill (She/Her)

Tereza Grill has a diversified work experience in various marketing roles. Tereza currently holds the position of CMO at Revolgy, where they lead the acquisition part of marketing and manages campaigns across different channels. Tereza focuses on content marketing and customer success stories, and also contributes to the company's blog, social media, and sales team. Tereza is involved in the creation of the company's podcast "Cloud Do You Do?" and assists customers in their cloud growth. Prior to Revolgy, they worked as an Account-Based Marketing Lead EMEA at the same company.

Before joining Revolgy, Tereza served as a Marketing and Product Manager at explorio.cz, where they managed campaigns and created design concepts for branded materials. Tereza also handled social media channels, content creation, and performance campaign optimization. However, they found that the early-stage startup wasn't the right fit for them or the company.

Tereza has also worked as a C-suite Consultant in her self-employed capacity, providing strategic guidance to clients. In addition, they served as a Marketing Consultant at WisePass, where she provided her expertise in marketing and branding.

Earlier in their career, Tereza worked at Keboola as a Strategic Planning Specialist and at Integrační centrum Praha, o.p.s., as a Manager of integration and information activities and Head of the main branch. In the latter role, they were responsible for online marketing and PR activities, managing social media pages, and creating content. Tereza also supervised the publicity of projects and implemented online and offline campaigns.

Tereza Grill has a diverse educational history. Tereza obtained a miniMBA in Marketing in a specialized marketing program by Mark Ritson and a Bachelor's degree from Charles University in Prague. Prior to that, they pursued a DiS. degree in Social Pedagogy from the College of Pedagogy and Social Work in Prague 6. Tereza also attended the Private High School of Art and Design in Prague 6, focusing on painting, graphic design, and art.

In addition to their formal education, Tereza has obtained additional certifications. Tereza completed the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot in November 2021. Furthermore, Tereza participated in the Creative Skills for Innovation program as part of the New Generation of Founders initiative by Google, obtaining the certification in May 2021.
