Alena Rybalko

Alena Rybalko has extensive experience in operations and talent management, with a current role as Senior Operations Manager at Revolut since May 2019, where responsibilities have included overseeing talent and workplace experience. Alena has also served as COO at Utopia Design Studio from March 2022 to November 2023, and has held positions in talent acquisition and business development at PaySend and Revolut. Early in the career, Alena worked as a Real Estate Specialist at FGC UES. Alena Rybalko holds a degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' completed in 2012.
