Bhavya Jain

Bhavya Jain is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations hiring. Currently serving as the Head of Global Strategy and Operations Recruitment at Revolut since March 2021, Bhavya has successfully expanded recruitment efforts for key leadership roles globally and initiated projects aimed at redefining KPIs and building a Recruitment Department Training Academy. Prior roles at Revolut include Senior Recruiter for Special Projects and BPE, where Bhavya led a team to hire for high-profile positions such as Heads of Expansion Strategy for various markets. Earlier experiences include leading non-tech recruitment at LimeTray and conducting research on performance appraisal at Dabur India Limited. Bhavya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Maharaja Surajmal Institute.
