Boris Gulevich

Boris Gulevich is a seasoned data science professional specializing in financial crime prevention, currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Revolut since August 2018. In this role, Boris oversees the team's structure, hiring, and performance management, driving KPIs for financial crime initiatives. Previously, Boris achieved significant milestones as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Revolut, including the successful implementation of transaction monitoring systems and fraud detection models. Boris developed and maintained systems that enhanced operational efficiency and led to a notable increase in precision in fraud prevention. Prior experience includes a data science immersive program at General Assembly and a risk management internship at the National Factoring Company. Boris holds an MSc in Investment and Wealth Management from Imperial College Business School and a BA in Economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
