Jorge Santos

Jorge Santos is an experienced Product Operations Manager with a strong background in fraud prevention and operational optimization within the FinCrime Department at Revolut since July 2021, utilizing machine learning models and data analytics. Prior to Revolut, Jorge worked at Sonae MC as Operations Deliver, where the focus was on developing optimization algorithms and automating processes through Excel and Robotic Process Automation. Jorge also served as a Consultant at Kaizen Institute Western Europe, developing forecasting algorithms and interactive dashboards. Earlier experience includes research at INESC Technology and Science, contributing to the development of dispatching rules using Genetic Programming. Jorge holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Porto Business School and both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from institutions in Portugal and Germany.
