Michal Laube

Michal Laube is the current Chief Operating Officer at Revolut. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Amazon from August 2017 to January of 2022. There, they led central transportation and logistics teams for Amazon EU. Before that, they worked as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from May of 2008 to July of 2017, where they acted as a management consultant with broad experience in strategy development and operational transformations in sales and service operations in energy, pharmaceutical and telecom industries - with a focus on Central Europe and emerging markets. They also have experience in business development, having worked as a Business Development Associate in Central and Eastern Europe for Aptech Ltd. from May of 2004 to November of 2004. There, they were responsible for identifying opportunities for entry into the European market – building a database of 500 companies, initiating several client leads, and identifying plausible business models for Eastern Europe. They also revamped the student exchange program to cater to students from Europe and North America. Additionally, Michal Laube has experience as a R&D Project Manager, which they gained from working at Hydron Unipress from November of 2007 to May of 2008. They also have various freelancing experiences dating back to January of 1998.

Michal Laube's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master in Managerial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a Diploma in Management of Innovation from Alta Scuola Politecnica, a Master in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology, a Master in International Economic Relations from University of Lodz, and an Erasmus Student in Physics from Universitat de Barcelona.
