Spiros Andriotis

Spiros Andriotis is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in credit risk management. Currently serving as the Chief Credit Officer at Zopa since January 2019, Spiros has played a key role in the growth of the digital bank, overseeing a balance sheet exceeding £2 billion across various consumer products. Prior to Zopa, Spiros held several positions at Barclaycard from June 2006 to December 2018, culminating in the role of Chief Credit Officer for Barclaycard Commercial Payments, where responsibilities included managing the impairment line and leading credit risk for a diverse portfolio. Spiros also contributed significantly as a Credit Strategy Manager, focusing on secured lending and credit card portfolios, and demonstrated expertise in data analytics and loss forecasting. Spiros holds a Master of Science in Operational Research from Lancaster University and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Operational Research from Athens University of Economics and Business.
