Tina Charlotte Martinsson-Nygaard

Tina Charlotte Martinsson-Nygaard currently serves as the Head of Legal for the Norwegian branch of Revolut and holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel in regulatory matters since September 2025. Prior to this role, Tina was General Counsel at Riverty from June 2020 to September 2025, where the focus was on legal frameworks in the fin-tech sector. Previous experience includes a position as Seniorskattejurist at Skatt Øst, providing legal counsel on debt collection and bankruptcy proceedings from June 2012 to June 2020, and as a Spesialkonsulent at Oslo kommune/Oslo kemnerkontor, where responsibilities were similar. An earlier role as a Saksbehandler at PayEx Collection As involved case handling in extra-judicial debt collection. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Oslo and completed studies in criminology at Universitet i Oslo, as well as business education at BI Norwegian Business School.
