Beth Anderson -Assoc Cipd

Beth Anderson - Assoc CIPD has a diverse work experience history. Beth started their career in 2009 as an Operational Manager at Camerons Brewery. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a University Lecturer at The University of Hull. Beth then transitioned into the hospitality industry, where they worked as a Deputy Manager at Revolution Bars Group PLC from 2012 to 2014. Beth excelled in this role and was promoted to an Academy People Development Manager, where they designed, implemented, and led a Trainee Assistant Manager Academy. Beth later became a People Development Manager - South (HRBP) and then a Talent Development Manager, overseeing the national Learning & Development strategy for Revolution Bars Group PLC. In 2019, Beth became the Head of People at the company, and they currently hold the position of People Director. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated a passion for people development and has successfully implemented strategies to enhance engagement, succession planning, and talent development within the organization.

Beth Anderson - Assoc CIPD has a strong education background in Human Resources. Beth obtained a Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Development from CIPD Qualifications in 2015. In 2009, they also graduated from Coventry University with a degree in Dance & Professional Practice. Additionally, Beth has obtained various certifications in areas such as mentoring, coaching, and presentation skills. Beth has also completed diplomas in Learning and Development Management HRD and an advanced diploma in HRM from CIPD.
