Emily Kwasny has extensive experience in the brewing and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Brewery Planning Manager at Revolution Brewing Chicago since July 2021. Previously, Emily held the position of Brewery Operations Manager at Temperance Beer Co. from June 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing the brewing process and coordinating with various teams to meet production goals. Prior roles include Ambassador of Beer Manager & Special Events at Louis Glunz Beer Inc., where a program for off-premise beer tastings was successfully developed and managed, and Facilities Coordinator at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, overseeing facilities for a large theater and commercial space. Emily earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History & Geography with a focus on Urban Geography and Metropolitan Land Use from DePaul University in 2006.
