Asha Hegde Inamdar, CPA, FCA, is a seasoned professional in SEC reporting and technical accounting with extensive experience in various accounting roles. Currently serving as Associate Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at REVOLUTION Medicines, Asha is responsible for researching SEC regulations and preparing various SEC filings to ensure compliance. Previously, Asha held the position of Senior Manager at Effectus Group, leading IPO engagements, drafting essential public filings, and implementing key accounting standards. Asha's career also includes roles as Audit Manager at Seiler LLP, CPA Team Lead at Chugh, LLP, Assurance Services Senior at Moss Adams LLP, and positions in taxation and assurance at other firms. Asha holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Goa University, is a Certified Public Accountant through AICPA, and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
