Hayley Lane

Hayley Lane currently serves as Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Revolution Medicines since 2025, bringing extensive expertise in clinical operations strategy and management. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Star Therapeutics and Adverum Biotechnologies, where leadership in clinical study execution and gene therapy trials was instrumental. Hayley is also an Independent Consultant at ClinOptimize Consulting, LLC, providing early-stage global clinical trial expertise to biotechnology companies. Earlier positions include senior roles at Geron Corporation and Genentech, with a foundation in clinical research management at Pfizer and Pharmacia & Upjohn. Hayley holds an Honors BSc. in Toxicology from the University of Toronto.
