Hieu Le has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Hieu most recently worked at REVOLUTION Medicines as the Vice President of Compliance starting in 2023. Prior to that, Hieu held various roles at Clovis Oncology, including Senior Vice President of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for the Compliance Program and the company's privacy program. Before Clovis Oncology, Hieu worked at Operational Compliance Solutions, LLC as the Principal/Founder from 2015 to 2021. Hieu also served as the Vice President of Healthcare Compliance at Hyperion Therapeutics, Inc in 2015. In addition, Hieu held the position of Vice President of Law and Healthcare Compliance Officer at Exelixis from 2013 to 2014, where they developed and implemented the Compliance Program. Prior to Exelixis, they worked at Amgen from 2009 to 2013 in different compliance roles and at Fox Entertainment Group as Counsel from 2007 to 2009. Hieu started their career as Counsel at Amgen in 2006 and worked at Gateway, Inc. as Corporate Counsel from 2002 to 2005.

Hieu Le attended the University of San Diego School of Law from 1999 to 2002, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. Before that, from 1998 to 2000, Hieu earned an MA degree in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Hieu's undergraduate education took place at UCLA from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a BA degree in Psychology.
