Michael Flagella has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Michael currently works at REVOLUTION Medicines as a Senior Director and Head of Toxicology, responsible for leading toxicology strategy and safety support for research and development programs. Michael Flagella holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, which they obtained from 1995 to 2001. In 1991, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Recombinant Gene Technology from the State University of New York at Fredonia. In terms of aviation education, in 2012 they received an Airframe & Powerplant Certification from the Solano County Department of Aeronatics. Later, in 2013-2014, they earned an Airframe & Powerplant Certification from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance. In 2017, Michael attended Baker's School of Aeronautics where they obtained a FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) in the field of Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic obtained from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in August 2014 and Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic with Inspection Authorization from the FAA Flight Standards Dist.
