Mandy Vaughn

Mandy Vaughn is an accomplished leader in the aerospace and national security sectors, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of GXO, Inc. since January 2021, where strategic and technical guidance is provided to deep tech and new space companies. Additionally, Mandy holds positions as an Operating Partner at Embedded Ventures and as a Member of the Board of Directors for VORAGO Technologies and Revolution Space. As a member of the National Space Council User's Advisory Group and the Defense Science Board, alongside serving as Chair for Workforce Development at the National Security Space Association, Mandy plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the national security space community. Previous experience includes leadership roles at VOX Space, Virgin Orbit, and Virgin Galactic, complemented by a robust educational background with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
