Fazeela Abdul Rashid

Partner at Revolution

Fazeela is a Partner at Revolution Growth. She joined in 2022 with over 20 years of finance and investing experience with a focus on growth equity in both the private and public markets. She was previously Managing Director of Consumer and Americas at Temasek International, a global investment firm headquartered in Singapore. At Temasek, Fazeela was instrumental in building early efforts in direct U.S. healthcare investments, starting the European practice, leading the U.S. consumer practice, and launching and overseeing DE&I efforts.

Fazeela has significant board experience and expertise in operations, strategy, M&A, and corporate governance. At Temasek, she worked closely with Duolingo, Noom, Harry’s, Califia Farms, Perfect Day, Impossible Foods, National Veterinary Associates (NVA), Ceva, Alvotech, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, among others. Earlier in her career, she worked at Solera Capital, an early stage venture fund, Cytyc Corporation (now Hologic), and Credit Suisse.

Fazeela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Economics from Cornell University. In addition to her work experience, Fazeela sits on the Advisory Council of Cornell University’s Robert F. Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and on the board of the UN Women Metro NY Chapter. She is originally from Singapore.
