Channing W. has over 12 years of experience in the sales and construction industries. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Foreman at Mountain Builders Inc., where they operated a forklift, 10 story remote tower crane, and interpreted blueprints, managed a team of 3-10 full time employees, and led $30,000+ cost savings by developing new building material management processes. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Owner of Rose Repairs and Renovations, where they renovated vacation rental homes, started, grew, and managed their own business, and sold their services to over 80+ vacation rental companies. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at EcoShield Pest Solutions as a Branch Sales Professional / Sales Manager and Sales Manager, where they were consistently placed #1 in the company for revenue generated and for contract value average, drove customer acquisition using cold calls and closed 620 new contacts, and generated on average 300% of quota and launched four new services.
