Nicholas Steffen has a diverse work background in the fields of digital marketing and sales. Nicholas started their career at Revana in 2013, where they worked as an Apple Sales Representative for around 10 months. Nicholas then transitioned to the role of an AdWords Specialist in May 2014 and held that position until April 2016. During this time, they gained experience in managing Google Ads accounts and optimizing them for maximum performance.

In 2016, Nicholas joined Revana assigned to Google as an Agency Account Strategist, where they managed a portfolio of over 60 SMB Google Partner marketing agencies and more than 150 Google Ads accounts. Nicholas worked closely with these agencies, helping them identify appropriate Google Ads advertising solutions for their clients. Nicholas specialized in optimizing Google AdWords, Display ads, YouTube, and mobile campaigns to drive results. Nicholas remained in this role until January 2018.

After that, they joined RevolutionParts, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Specialist in January 2018, a role they currently hold. In this position, they take charge of planning, designing, and implementing marketing strategies for over 55 marketing clients. Nicholas oversees all marketing channels, ensuring optimal performance through paid and organic campaigns. Nicholas manages a monthly advertising budget of over $55,000 and consistently maintains a high return on ad spend (ROAS) of 10x or higher.

Nicholas Steffen completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Audio Production Technologies at Glendale Community College from 2007 to 2009. Nicholas then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at Northern Arizona University, which they successfully achieved from 2009 to 2012.
